Please check the recommended size in the image before purchase. Height and weight are the two most important factors in choosing a size. Weight is more important than height. If your choice of size is at the upper limit of your height, choose the next size up.
Wetsuits should be tight-fitting to keep body heat in the water, and you should get an ideal fit after several uses.
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not iron, do not use bleach. When you receive a new wetsuit, you may sometimes notice a strong odor. Don't worry, this smell is not harmful to you; just hang it out in the open air, and it will disappear.
