Who are we?
natürSUP was born from a shared passion for travel and outdoor activities. Indeed, for many years, we have visited several places around the planet. At that time, kayaks and surfboards were the most common means of navigating the water.
A few years ago, we noticed a growing interest in paddleboarding. We then started renting paddleboards in the rare places where they could be found. We loved this activity so much that we knew buying our own board was the next step.
The ideal paddleboard had to be easy to transport, sturdy, lightweight, high-quality, and good-looking too! Since we couldn't find one that met our requirements, we decided to create it ourselves. Thus, natürSUP was born.

Our mission is simple: to offer a unique paddleboard on the market due to its high quality, its affordable price, its lightness as well as its ease of use and transport. We are committed to offering the perfect paddleboard, the one we would like to own ourselves.

We believe in a balanced life, with lots of outdoor activities, relaxation and fun. We want everyone to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle and the amazing adventures that come with being on the water.

Our eco-responsible commitment
natürSUP is proud to be the first paddle board company in Canada to care about the environment by offsetting the ecological footprint associated with the transport of its paddle boards by committing to planting a tree for each paddle board sold, right here in Quebec, in collaboration with the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Because we plant a tree for each paddle board sold, our company is growing and becoming much more than carbon neutral, in fact we are becoming positively carbon negative! The Carbone Boréal organization has given us offset certificates for our contributions. Since the beginning, thousands of trees have been planted.
natürSUP is also the only paddle board company to receive an eco-responsible rating issued by Les Pages Vertes , an organization involved in the field of eco-responsibility.

We ensure that all our cardboard packaging boxes and used plastic are recycled. These small daily actions make a big difference in the long run.

Biodegradable Products

To clean our boards, we use a biodegradable, pH-neutral cleaner. This helps protect our waterways and surrounding nature while ensuring the durability of our equipment.

Green Energy

We use electric or hybrid vehicles for transportation and group our deliveries to reduce travel. Our warehouse is equipped with smart energy management systems for heating and lighting, helping us reduce energy consumption.

We prioritize local suppliers for our daily purchases. Our SUP clothing line includes items made from 100% recycled materials and manufactured in Mirabel. They also offer UPF 50 protection — perfect for your outdoor adventures.

Carbon Offset

For every paddleboard sold, we plant a tree through our partnership with Carbone Boréal, an environmental research program at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Trees are planted in the northern Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, directly contributing to Quebec’s reforestation.

Our used boards get a second life. They are offered at low cost to an organization in the Matawinie region, continuing to serve while avoiding waste.
